At Focal Point Salon, YOU (and of course, your hair!) are, and always will be, my number one priority! đŸ„‡ As a stylist, with over 9 years of experience in the beauty industry, I confidently can state, that I am a talented, knowledgable, unique, versatile, passionate, dedicated, and well-rounded hair stylist, and I bring so much to the table, in the world of hair and beauty! Not many folks can boldly and proudly state that they are truly, IN LOVE, with what they do for a living/their career, day in and day out; and I absolutely embrace those bragging rights! My career is my passion, and I’m enamored that I’m able to bring beauty and euphoria into my own day-to-day living, into the lives of other lovely human beings, and into the world, in general. â˜źïž I strive to provide: a customized, relaxing, one-of-a-kind, and next-level experience, in a comfortable, laid back, trusting and inviting atmosphere. My goal is to have each and every guest that sits in my chair leave and feel refreshed, renewed, relaxed, revamped, recharged, and, IN LOVE, with this confident (and beautiful) new version of themselves! Communication, trust, and getting to know and build long-term relationships with my guests are certain virtues that I hold high standards of importance and integrity for, as a stylist. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is very important to me, and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 24-48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable circumstances do arise and I will do my best to work through this with you, as well as getting your appointment rescheduled. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become an issue, you will be subject to cancellation fees. Here is the general breakdown of cancellation fees: - Less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge equal to 40% of total cost of reserved appointment(s) - ‘No Shows’ will be subject to paying 100% of total service amount for reserved appointment. - A credit card will be required to book all future appointments if/when any last minute cancellations and/or ‘no show’ occurs. Late Policy: I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, therefore, you will be given a 10 minute grace period if you are running late. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes of reserved appointments will need to be adjusted or altogether rescheduled and a cancellation fee of 40% of total cost of service will apply. As a courtesy, you will receive confirmation of your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment via text and email. You are always welcome to call, text or email to double check dates and/or times of any reserved appointments you have scheduled. Please remember that your appointment is reserved for you and only you; these policies allow the opportunity to alert standby guests of any openings, therefore allowing me to provide the best services possible.
